Notes from the Field

Farmer Rich is hard at work. This week he planted the fava bean field (6 rows so far). He and Leslie are diligently working on the transplants in the greenhouse. So far the peppers, eggplant & tomatillos are sprouting well and ready for larger pot sizes to build up their roots. Of course we have about 6000 tomato plants growing (some for planting for the CSFs and the rest for our transplant sales coming up in the spring). We'll keep you posted as the season progresses.
